I always download games again and restart my computer. But it doesn't necessarily enable me to successfully open the game. I don't know how to successfully open the game once

are there currently known issues with wayland (nvidia drivers)? for example opengl is failing, while vulkan works but inputs in the UI and chat are buggy and take input hardly (also search input is showing [] as cursor for some reason), in-game movement works fine I can open an issue with more details if it's not something unsupported Xorg doesn't have this issue the issue is with both nightly and the repo version for Fedora 36 (which is 15.9.1 and has no vulkan support so it doesn't start at all) context: Fedora 36 added the ability to use wayland with nvidia graphics (edited)

I could imagine that shields are also skippable if you are fast enough. From the hitbox theory there should not be a way to skip it, even if you are exactly in the middle I think

I think that's the case, not sure why they added support for it but it's overall working, didn't try games on it except ddnet tbf

SDL_VIDEODRIVER=x11 DDNet makes it work

All pickups have the same hitbox, so normally the shields should win this case :/ xD

with enough speed, as the game checks tile traversed in reversed order, he might actually hit shield and immediately also hit grenade

the radius is of a pickup is 20, additional the tee PhysicalSize of 28 is added. So the distance from center tee to center pickup needs to be less then 48. One tile is 32 wide. So if the tee is in the middle of two shields he would be 32 units away. There is no such red dot. But all pickups overlap at this point. Probably it depends on which pickup has the smaller/or bigger entity id so that you get rocket back :? We should probably make this well defined instead of random. We could use TickDefered() only for shields to give them an advantage over weapon pickups. (edited)

It only depends on when the entity is created. If we would make the entities multi threaded, it would be completely random.
