Don't linger in start area of Multeasymap. Go into playground or play the map

I play at zoom level 8, but have zooming on the mousewheel and go back and fourth like crazy all the time

I play at 7, 8 is pretty good also I personally F3 this change, 10 feels like a joke nowadays in modern big maps. Also there are requirements for new maps, so testers don't allow to release tight maps (even novices/moderates) , so u definitely need lower zoom value to play

10 is enforced in pvp anyway, no matter what default you set

yes but if new players get conditioned to lower zoom it will feel weird for them to play a pvp mode

feels like there is an animation happening so it wont switch until the animation for shooting has finished

you can't switch weapon until the reload delay for that weapon passed

that's so annoying

only thing i can get from that log is that your ping is 147ms

same results in server with good ping [xxxxxxxxxx:47:06][client]: got pong from current server, latency=86ms

maybe if you tell us what you changed in the config we could help

still suck in connection prob

If u need a guide on how to set up u can google ddnet how to host

and even then its fine to register the server as its unlikely anyone uses your IP maliciously unless you have enemies
