Thats a kog map. What i usually do is go to \%appData%\Teeworlds\downloadedmaps and then just grab it from there (edited)

all the maps you have played on will be there

DDNet's api is very limited, I recommend getting the sqlite database from https://ddnet.tw/stats/ddnet.sqlite.zip and execute your queries against that :)

What are you trying to do? The points leaderboard is pretty much static and barely moves. No point in getting the data that often :)
