sorry but there is no way around it. the game is hard and the community has developed for years. your best bet is to play in big teams or search for the easiest of maps

nope. but the better you get the more you can play. with a decent skillset you will already be useful in bigger teams

@zdamasus if you join a server press escape and click Server Info, in the bottom left you'll see this, you should avoid maps with difficulty 4 or 5 stars because even though those are novice, they're some of the harder ones

You can also vote to change the map to whatever you want

but they indeed are quite long for new players
