@c0d3d3v i've been using the whitelist for a while now, well before it wasn't a website, people had to join store to get whitelisted but obv vali found a way to make the srv lag, that's why i've completly protected store & v3 & used a website instead with cf & a google captcha

for ddnet would be hard to manage, & website would annoy people

sounds like a working solution to me for now. i'll make some thoughts about how far we could make something similar in ddnet.

@ReiTW we are using a whitelist like that for some servers, but some players have a different ip address (both ipv4) using https compared to udp. have you seen this issue before? (edited)
