what you are looking for are tune zones. in the "server settings" tab in the bottom right corner of the editor, you can type in commands. the command "tune_zone" followed by whatever setting you want is what you are likely looking. more info on the names of specific settings is in the link. https://ddnet.tw/settingscommands/
