the problem is on t0 that u can just carry randoms bad players, u will never play with random players on team and usually u play with friends on it... swap is ok for help ur friend if he cant do some part and its super annoying wait 100 seconds for that xd (edited)

if you know your friend is bad at some parts you should request swap beforehand and give him 100 seconds for the part troll
