@Ninecloud
ddmax category is for maps which were released on DDracemaX server when it existed
oldschool is for the rest older maps (let's say maps that were released between 2009-2014 ? don't know whats exacly the limit)
so if its a new map then it can be only but only released on novice/moderate/brutal/insane (depends on difficulty level)(edited)
i'm too lazy and beginner to make a map out of that idea
you could prevent solo with bounces set to 0
also other weapons would be nice yeah
thanks for the feedback xD
i'll have to look up nut short race, have heard of it before, but not played
Rotate should be 3 star, working out the best option is a skill low moderate players will struggle with. And there's 1 stage that is moderate 3+ no matter which option you choose.

Though I guess most 2-3 star moderate maps are messily rated anyways. I wouldn't die to every other moderate 2 star though.

The length of the map probably shouldn't affect the rating of it
Has some basic mechanics, such as fly, hammer throw, or both simultaniously. No aled, no pseudo fly, no speedfly and no kinta fly needed mostly, which has preferations for brutal and above difficulty

Faily parts yes, but not in a way, where one single move makes you fail the map. It has saving potential
It would be easy for people to assume, that it's just giving people advantage, but imagining people, who haven't caught up in practising parts, they would just choose a random part and that's it
21:54
But for some cases, if the parts are doable, or if some parts are literally not possible intentionally and has a 'go back' teleport, then it's all fine
If at least 35% or more parts (1/3 in that meaning) has faily parts, which wasn't meant to be passed, then I would request a rework, instead of a different rating, duo to unbalance between parts.
21:56
It that's not the case, and those parts aren't appearing in the end of the map, I would let it pass with 2*
