Pro strat is use a tiny precision screwdriver to untwist the pairs lol

first try cut to length, strip, u untwist ez mode with the stripped coating, and then goes in rj45 easy

u just shove it down the center of the twist and it untwists without having to touch it rly

Ya I was taught that on day 1 but I'd just shove a flathead in the middle where the strip was and rip it upward lol
