Yeah, it would be a good way to start again. Copy main page of en page and move it to rus + Translate page names and update links.

template of weapons is dying cuz there are articles like Hammer/ru and not Молоток, i should keep it as hammer then right?

When editing a page in source mode you can see all used templates at the bottom of the page and in visual editor there is also "Used Templates" in the hamburger menu

Not sure, probably not so important for now. We don't use them much in the english version yet.
