if it's an already existing, published map: join an empty server and vote for the map either by using /map mapname or by going to the Call vote menu.
if it's a map you only have locally, you can start a LAN server, drag the map into %appdata%\teeworlds\maps, get the rcon password from the external server console, then use change_map mapname in the f2 console to load the map
to play the map with others, start a map on https://trashmap.ddnet.tw/, and follow the instructions to setup the server

basically, everytime someone finishes a map, there's a small chance an event accurs, when that happens, a message will pop up in chat. A ring of stars will appear on the map, the first one to find it and go inside of it gets: 100% of the time Season points, ?% of the time /power

one had to go left wall and one had to go right wall?

first right wall second left then hammer to unfreeze i think but i hooked him in. I think its fail but im not sure :/
