when i have to blindly guess, the driver has a weird bug in synchronization. That would atleast explain why only parts of the texts are missing: As a workaround try gfx_render_thread_count 1 in F1 and restart and report back if that helped

mhh ok, you are the first with such a problem, and your card is from 2015 (vulkan from 2016) So for now I can only assume its a driver problem, bcs I cannot reproduce and wildly guessing is hard :/

I downgraded some months ago to some older version 18.0 or so, just updated it to latest 22.3.1 and it seems to work now 👍 my bad
