If you mean hammerfly with a dummy, then yes, you can go to Settings > Controls > Dummy > Hammerfly Dummy Bind it on a key, now when you press that key your dummy will start hammering so you can fly with him.

try changing the value of cl_dummy_port in F1 to any number > 1024, try multiple numbers if it stays the same

use deepfly for both pseudo and speedfly

but then i have to click and right click and its super stupid

~/.teeworlds/maps, if it's different for steam then maybe gamefolder/maps or try opening the steam game folder for the game and search for a custom map you know and see where it's saved (edited)
