check this command in F1 and try changing the value to see if that helps (you need the latest version of the game 15.9.1)

yes it worked thanks. the value was 0 so i changed it to 1 and it fixed it

apparently its nvidia shadow play icon? make sure you set DDNet to use the nvidia card in nvidia control panel

sometimes your isp can prefer specific ports over other ones. you can try something like f1, cl_port 12345 and restart client
