try to use latest windows 10 64-bit else change it in ddnet_settings.cfg. (or over F1 console, which should only affect it after restart) I assume you have a very old Computer? There is a good chance this is a problem with your drivers (edited)

by pressing on game it appeared like i am holding spacebar and it closed

when you hold mouse 1 move left or right and scroll wheel it's kinda glitching
