A friend of mine has a problem where he can connect to every server on ddnet except for USA servers; this wasn't a problem before today. He restarted his computer and uninstalled ddnet but nothing is working, ideas why he can't connect to USA?

sounds ISP related, I can't connect to some chinese servers I think

Hmmm, actually it lets me connect if I spam try. It just takes longer than usual. Has he tried sitting on the connect screen for a bit / attempting over and over

if you kill in a team without /lock, you will return to team 0. so get everyone in your team (dont start), do /lock, and play as you wish, now if anyone kills you will remain in team no matter what (and others cant join the team anymore)
