For me tournaments are more like a community event, every fairly decent map should be suitable for that :o So, even a "Short and Precise 35674" tournament would have their charm: nothing very, very special but competitive and well-mapped .__.

The perma ban thing was sarcastic. What I mean is that is too small of a problem. RUS does need more moderators, but not for such a purpose
