you can also upload to to skins.tw, if someone made their skin download url to skins.tw db, then they can see your skin automatically (not sure how many people actually use it but personally i do https://skins.tw/how-to/ddnet-integration )

i have checked all servers, only the russians block themselves in the normal map area, maybe because they don't realise that the playground is normal except for the lower area. otherwise rather balanced or more people in the playground
