It was 2022, all Russians have a stable 20-40 ping, but everything twitches and lags, because until now no one can make normal Russian servers...

We had problems, 1 Russian server on "kog" disappeared, the /rank command did not work, and all the timers crashed when reconnecting to the Russian server.

ok, the fps are lower in return, but we couldn't find a better fix, I opened a bug at SDL for this: https://github.com/libsdl-org/SDL/issues/5203

enable modern opengl for better performance, if the game hangs, disable it
