If you want to practice a map that's too difficult, you can use /practice and then /r when frozen to teleport to the last safe location. You won't get credit for finishing the map though.

Your timing is good on client side, but you end up late in server side. Try click your hammer when dummy is one square lower than it should be

Yeah it looks like you should hammer just a bit earlier
