It can happen when press zoom out key and then standart zoom button , it will zoom in too much and then zoom out to default position

May I ask?? What about Russian servers? For some reason, my character is twitching, but in the meantime, in German, there is no such thing.

God no, I can't play like this on "RUS" servers, they all ping, and no commands help. I also met people who have the same problem. Can you help?
