the answer is right.
For the left way you can use toe-tapping on first edge and skip double jumping later
For the right way you can skip first rehook, but its kinda hard. You may also release a dummy early so it falls right in the hole, but I didn't manage to catch it after. Anyway times shows the right way was faster
(But I would prefer left one for speedruns since it much easier and consistent)(edited)

Left way looks much cooler when you make last hook right under the blocks so dummy doesn't stuck and goes smoothly, but right way was just simply faster, without any fancy moves/skips. (Last rehook on the right is useless btw)(edited)
