It's not a version issue, the process that was updating the list crashed and didn't feel like coming back up. It should be fixed now

I had this issue and I thought it was TW too but it turned out to be Windows lol

Easiest way to tell on Windows: bring up your task manager, sort by network, put on second screen (or window TW and keep it task manager visible) and see if anything other than TW takes up bandwidth

For me it turned out to be Windows updates / xbox game pass BS

And for reference to fix the windows updates / xbox game pass BS: go to

windows settings > updates & security > delivery optimisation > advanced options > select absolute bandwidth & limit to any number

(mine are 7.5mbps & 7.5mbps respectively) (edited)

This has stopped 90% of lags on TW for me

(Depends on your internet speed, if your internet is 4 Mbps, a cap at 7.5 Mbps won't do anything

Also the MBPS on that is absolute tosh (it literally downloads now at 50kb/s for updates or something even though i typed 7.5 MBPS, so its not representing the speed typed in) - If i up this to 20 or 30 it downloads at like 5 / 6mb/s......... Makes no sense at all (edited)

Its quite obscure and took me a while to figure out what was going on to be fair - once i realised how much delivery optimisation was using that is when I learned how to fix it
