if you are familiar with python and can use perlin noise there you could also use my python library for map editing called twmap (installed via pip, you can find the documentation by using the help function on the module and each type)

my program twmap can do that (which is also in the ddnet testing bot, if you have that map in a testing channel you can ask a tester for it)

You can press shift and click on a group to move everything in that group but you have to do it to evry group alone
