Since this command is only used for certain individuals, we don't have to punish the entire server. Would it be possible to allow moderators to use unmute to enable people to talk affected by the initial chat delay?

i had my pointer wrong this whole time. first i was passing it as an argument to the function, it being the 4th argument and it was working fine. then, i had to change it to a global variable and i guess it wasn't well declared
