isn't it like bad in settings?

Only because it assumes mouse1 is your +fire bind. Some people rebind +fire to something else, and the deepfly bind that was in settings would bind it back to mouse1. Same thing happened with the 45 degree aim bind, it assumed you had default values for mouse sens and mouse Max distance. They added both these binds to settings a while ago and then removed them shortly after
