I don't think so. Ping is just the amount of time it takes for data to reach the server and back to you right? Idk how you could intentionally make that take longer. Maybe there's some software/hardware that can create some kind of buffer and feed it back to you consistently, but idk of anything like that. At any rate ctrl+f 'ping' on the settings & commands page only shows results for antiping and UI stuff. Have you tried antiping? It's supposed to make ping feel more consistent.

welp im used to play with 40-50 ping without antiping, so for me when i join a server with 100 ping is as bad as antiping, 0 ping (antiping) or 100 ping i have same timing issues So a way to force antiping to be delayed so u can make it looks like 40 ping for example it would be amazing, but i dont think is easy and worth to add it justatest

Sadly you can't. Your connection is jittery, there is no avoiding it

Why can’t I get no good servers anymore, I just get Asia and Africa servers with like 160+ ping???

try turning ping filter in server browser to 999, can you see them now?

No, as an example, the amount of tees you see in the demo also can affect file size quite alot, especially with /showall enabled
