Today I was kicked out of the game by moderator N, he did not like the nickname "mass murderer". Is there a list of rules, which I objectively violated, or the reason that I can not play on the servers, is the subjective opinion of the moderator about my nickname?

Beautiful or not beautiful nick is too subjective. For example, passing complex maps with a large team, my comrades often like the message of my nickname, and they find it funny. The problem is different. The problem is that whoever you appoint as moderator is, in my opinion, abusing his power.

Maybe noby#5436 and BloodWod-513#6985 can help you, they hold servers on this mode. As far as I know, in order to run on your LAN, fng mod, you need to ask someone to send ready server with settings.
