I started working on a page meant to explain ranks/teamranks, specifically with regard to the rank and teamrank points systems that are entirely separate from the regular points system. I feel like it makes sense to absorb the points calculation and difficulties pages into this new page since theyre all pretty related. Do ya'll think that idea makes sense? Or maybe it's better to have individual pages for each topic? The points calculations and difficulties pages are pretty short since there really isn't much to say.

Yeah, having all that information in one pages makes sense. It makes reading through these topics easier and they are both ranking systems in ddnet. If it grows too large we can separate it again. Just leave redirects so that it is still searchable with the search function.

sweet. Not sure what you mean by the second part though. I should replace all the links currently to points calculation and difficulties to my new page right? Or you're saying to leave them be?

When searching for speedfly, you get redirected to the speedfly section of the hammerfly page. And links to speedfly behave the same.

Hmm yeah I guess I don't really understand, but I'll just ask you about it when I get there I guess. I'd assume the current 'points' link in the 'about' section on the main page should redirect to the new points section on my new page rather than the already existing 'points calculation' page
