I don't see a problem with it. DDNet has servers in Brazil https://ddnet.tw/status/, but not in Portugal so the player base in brazil is bigger. Is brazilian portuguese much different from portuguese so that it would make sense to rename it to pt-br? (or quite similar like british english and american english). (edited)
