I guess some program on your computer is removing AppData contents? (edited)

If that happens it usually means that something went wrong with downloading this map and now you have a corrupted file for it, find this file in AppData\Teeworlds\downloadedmaps and delete it

it was first time downloading that map after reinstalling everything

and if that happen many times, just download every ddnet maps on github and past in appdata/maps
