1. its for noobs who cant kill fast enough
2. it takes away the focus of fng as a laser game and makes it more hammer oriented

tho one issue (iirc) is that maps (aside from super basic ones) tend to have stilted movement/design because camping by hooking dirt tiles is too OP

you could fix this by cutting hook when hammered (or maybe only when hammered hard enough) like red tele does in ddr, but at the time I tried i didnt know how best to force the client to update its predictions(edited)
