Each sound layer has to choose a sound, just like a quads layer chooses one image for all its quads. Then you can add 'sound sources' to the layer, which define areas where the sound is audible and plays. a sound source can be edited to either be in the shape of a rectangle or a circle. there are some more things you can tune for each sound source, like the volume falloff, if it loops, sound/volume envelope, position envelope and some more stuff

I think that would imply more that a tee is a human person

why does it imply human? to me when you say "they" it implies a bit about the person controlling the tee, but it can still be just the tee you're referring to
