Hi everyone, for some reason when I try to connect to any server I get this error: "You have been banned for 10 minutes (VPN detected, try connecting without. Contact admin if mistaken)". Can someone help me? I'm not using a vpn

it's possible that you have some malware that is redirecting your traffic, or we are misclassifying your ip as belonging to a vpn

I'm sure I have no malware and I don't like sharing the ip just to be added to a whitelist. If you're working on the bug I'll wait for a solution

We are using external providers that have a mapping that tells us whether we can trust an ip address

if you join a server I can see your ip address anyway

You can also tell me which server you tried to join and I can check your ip from that
