anyhow, i got it up and all, but the ping was terrible

cant seem to be able to change server name, motd, all that stuff

also apparently the package comes with Kobra 4 and some other map, but I cant call a vote to change it from the server apparently

that's more up-to-date. you can probably just get a new autoexec_server.cfg from https://github.com/ddnet/ddnet/blob/master/data/autoexec_server.cfg

How would I make it so people cant use commands such as /rescue unless they're in a team with practice enabled?

toggle_tune doesn't make sense in a map

tune you can use by clicking on map settings in bottom right
