make sure you're on the "Change Settings" tab, then you can vote either random <category> map or random <category> unfinished

random map will vote a random map in whatever category the server is in (which you can also change by vote)

and random unfinished will vote a random map in the category that you have not finished under your current in-game name

if you want to specify a certain difficulty level for the random map vote you can put a number from 1 to 5 in the "Reason:" box before voting

so for example the screenshot above would vote a random map from all the 3 star maps in the category

not sure if it errors, but remove the 8303 behind the sv_register 1

hm maybe the "port triggering" menu you found for the router isn't the same as port forwarding. you could try out that "port mapping" menu next to it or look in other menus for port forwarding
