Just type it ingame, on any empty ddnet ddrace server that isn't "perma"

Click the DDNet tab at the top, scroll until you find an empty server with suitable ping for you, join, type /map kobra solo ... and press enter

You may have to join the server once for the ping to properly display, you'll just have to join based on the color / country listed below ping.
