you can't prohibit speedfly by preventing tower but ye i know what you mean

the only thing I can think of is a tune that removes your jumps everywhere above the ground. otherwise you will always be able to speedfly

or maybe you can put max jumps 1 on the ground and it doesn't give u dj back when you leave tune? I would have to test it
