Ok, so curl can't resolve hostnames to ips. This could very well be the software firewall blocking it (edited)

@Deleted User the windows security tab includes anti-virus option and firewall, well in theory it's separated but they grouped everything in that "security" tab

you can also disable the firewall but as always, not recommended

the issue wav has still sounds alot like a firewall problem, since curl cant even start, that's not a typical error message for internet issues or smth

yeah, most of the people who had curl errors like that fixed it by turning off firewall
