It uses an older opengl version

You can try updating GPU driver, or complain to your GPU manufacturer (AMD, NVIDIA, Intel)

i doubt that helps, he also has problems with other clients just do this try gfx_opengl_major 1 in F1 and restart client you somehow changed your pc, copied the config from somwhere else or got a driver/windows update and it got a regression

only thing you could do is switch to a software renderer or buy a new pc or accept your fate
