In your ddnet folder under data/skins you can find the skins. basicly you just edit thoes images and then save your custom skins in %appdata%/skins. On skins.tw there is are nice grids that can be helpful(https://skins.tw/asset/1878 and https://skins.tw/asset/1875). That skins will only be visible for yourself tho. You have to share the skin with others or try to get it added to some Databases like DDNet-Databse
