like sometimes the dj just makes the hook get super long, like i get a normal hammer height boost. Does that mean my timing was too early or late? etc (edited)
hey. after reinstalling windows, i started getting some sort of delay in teeworlds and low fps for my computer. tried looking in the forum, didn't help. any ideas?
edit: other games work perfect (cs:go - 350 fps on max) and etc
edit2: also in entities fps is fine around 2000(delay is still present) while with textures it can go down to 200 on some maps(

Guess since you reinstalled it worked before?
Then you can only try the classic stuff:
update drivers
update windows
install missing drivers(gpu, mouse whatever)
change settings to max performance in windows and/or drivers
not really, but since it sounds like you are unhappy with your FPS(if they were better before)
I'd start and search for prefer performance options
Also i'd try to be sure its not just some mouse setting that feels weird, e.g. is triggering the hook really delayed or does the gameplay just feel weird
then i'd search for mouse drivers
then i'd look in my motherboard options
unplug devices etc.
well i can only hope for you that the nvidia card has a direct connection to the display and not some weird extra rendering performance that is channeled through the integrated card in the end

my brother's gf for example has a gamer laptop that just doesnt even allow the integrated gpu to work at all, probs bcs its completly disconnected
well you can press f1 at cleint start and see what gpu is used, if u sure nvidia was used before it might just be the nvidia or intel driver that is blocking(edited)
oh ok, yeah i really dunno if you can fix the nvidia gpu to run better, i also have a very old laptop where nvidia is worse for non 3d games
either the intel gpu is just good in 2d rendering(e.g. the shaders aren't complex, so the card doesn't do complex calculations) and/or the nvidia card suffers too much from bad cooling + the PSU(the power it can draw from the system)
13:34
i also dunno how stripped the GPUs are, e.g. if they are missing fast VRAM or just have less shader units(used for the math on the GPU)
yeah thats probably bcs intel gpus are not so strong, so as more time is spent on the GPU the worse it gets on intel vs the supirior nvidia cores
but therefore intel is directly in the CPU(less delay, faster vertex scheduling, doesnt consum alot of power etc.)

I'd love to suggest to enable "modern OpenGL" in the graphic settings, but you will probably encounter intel driver bugs
13:51
but that might improve the performance a tiny bit
also disable health hud, score hud
but yeah, i really just can say, search the internet to check for max performance settings, make sure your cooler isnt dusty, the laptop has direct energy, not from the battery
