creativity shouldn't be a reason to accept/decline a map because it's a bad measurement

trackmania has good flow and nice speedrun parts, so thats why it got a release

I'm asking because you said Bunker wasn't creative, and i thought it was a good reason to decline it, but then i see you release Trackmania, a map that has literally nothing new in terms of gameplay. It's nothing against you corneum, I'm only criticizing the criteria you use to accept/decline maps.

It's more about the whole map concept, not only about the creativity

so Bunker was declined for a false, or at least non-objective reason. It seems that creativity is no longer a criterion.
