How frequant are ranks update + for example I looked at russias most point name at ranks page, Points: 25860 Team rank points: 8722 Rank points: 7643 Above info is from rank page Below from player page Points 25979 Rank points 639 Team rank p 1289 Like wtf are these numbers and why are they different?

yes, its called econ (external console), u telnet into the server
