Standard aim practice for fps games would also work for teeworlds, if you really want a dedicated practice. But mostly just keep playing, maybe try some laser zcatch or fng

Very dependant on the person, but yes finding a good sens for yourself helps

Also if you are minmaxing finding the mouse you like. I prefer heavier mouses but some people like lighter ones

the annoying part about it is you ofc have to hold hook long enough to reach the tee, you cant just click for a short time
