Why ddrace lag

When i do "Render" on a demos, i go down to 30 fps, and the gameplay is really slow, does anyone know why ? PB_peepo_think

It's rendering the demo into a mp4 you can watch outside of the game, normal (edited)

depends on your cpu speed how fast you can render a video
