high sens and not pulling your mouse too far, using a lower mouse distance could also help

i can get like 3 or 4 pulls on a low ceiling but these people on gores maps are insane

get used to how much the hook pulls so you can get the movements in ur muscle memory, then just practice aiming

you can do it on high sens too of course it depends mostly on practicing
