then when u land back on the platform u will jump high with a boost since ur also hooking him

so go in the air first w/o hooking dummy, then while ur falling hook him and jump as soon as u hit the ground again

Maybe try resetting your gfx settings and using borderless window instead of fullscreen. I had a similar issue on macOS

FWIW ddnet does behave much weirder than other games on all OSs. On windows it's the only game that won't let league of legends launch. It's also the only game that will bug out with discord game capture

On macOS fullscreen will kill your computer, you need to blind quit the game with f1 -> exit -> enter

but one thing i debugged is and i dont like about SDL's handling, is, that SDL does not automatically restore the mouse to absolute mode on focus loss, and the problem is, the SDL events happen after the real event, so you have to hook the event push callback in SDL, and there is absolutly no documentation if thats threadsafe, bcs SDL says the function(for the SDL event loop push) might be called from a different thread and should thus be considered not the main thread, while most SDL functions say, they have to be called form main thread (edited)

I do have an idea for a part but i don't know if it's even possible. Is it possible to make a part only, to restrict 1 tees entire movement except for hook (endless in this case) and hammer?

I don't know if I'm the only one that has had this happen, but sometimes when I tab back into the game my crosshair will be stuck at the max distance. When I restart it fixes it no problem, but is there any way to fix that in game?

Like you can still rotate it around your tee but it can't get any closer to u than max distance ?
