generally dont make maps u cant test urself cus u dont know if they're annoying

I'm playing around a little and i made a rather faily part. I put a dragging laser to pull the failed tee out, however, i want the laser to pull only when someone stands on the button. My problem is - That dragging laser is activated from the beginning, so i more or less have to deactivate it everytime before i do the part, then activate it again when i need it. Any idea why it's on by default? How can i have it deactivated by default? Or am i doing something wrong? I'm going with a switch layer, dunno how to work with the dragging lasers from the game layer, sorry for poor explanation
