By the way, I cancelled the NLD server in 12 days since it's kind of expensive. Not sure whether to get another one at the same hoster (maybe a bit cheaper for longer time) or try another one yet again.

again, you technically can't just add latencies like this, if it was that simple there wouldn't be people getting 130 ping to GER3 from within germany

my official guess would be that "yes ger to france is usually about 20ms given good peering and good routing and an ISP that doesn't route different ports differently and god isn't pissed with you"

eh, if people are getting 130ms in their own country, then that is messed up, that is almost near south africa to europe latency. yes routing and peering blah blah, but still.
